Dendrobium phalaenopsis embodies the classic image that most of us associate with the word orchid.
This orchid species is native to large parts of Asia and Oceania. However, it also grows in India, Thailand and New Zealand, among others.
The Phalaenopsis prefers to be in a moderately warm to warm place at a temperature between 15 C and 25 C. As far as watering is concerned, the orchid should not get its feet wet - i.e. do not water until the substrate has almost dried out.ist.
In the winter and summer months, the humidity in the apartment may decrease. Spray the smallest buds regularly with water so that they do not dry out and thus do not bloom.
The diameter of the glass vessel is 13cm.
